Our support service will give you an answer about working payment methods in the shortest possible time.

Immediately after payment, you will receive an email with a direct link to download the files. We recommend that you specify a working email address when placing an order.

The download link is also available on the order status page immediately after payment.

Check the SPAM folder on your email server.

You can download the files via the link on your order status page in the store.

Check the size of the downloaded archive, it should be equal to the size specified in the product description in the store. Use WinRar or 7-Zip to open our archives. If these programs are already installed on your PC, then update them to the latest version and try to open the archive again.
